Our Trialzone Policies Returns Are Simple! Simply email or phone us, provide full details of your original order: Order ID Order date Your name Your email address You must include the original invoice that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return. Our Returns Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your goods, you may return any of the following items to Trialzone.com.au, for any reason, for a store credit(we will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake): Any product in its original condition with original packaging and accessories. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Our Store. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after shipping, will be charged a restocking fee of $15 or 5% at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days or that are in unsellable condition, or that have missing parts. Special Exceptions Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items Trialzone.com.au can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. Refunds We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Returning a gift? You'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at Trialzone.com.au. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. Packing and Sending Your Return Just a few simple steps: Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.
